Anxiety and short term memory loss?

Hey guys, hope you are well! Recently I have noticed that my memory seems a bit off, especially from a short term POV, I cant remember the name of that movie I watched the other night or the name of someone etc. I also feel like every time I'm talking to someone I have to think harder about what I am thinking of saying and still make mistakes...

Just wondering if anyone has had this before?
