Feeling breathless a lot! Is this part of Costochondritis

I was diagnosed with costochondritis when I was 17, I remember having rib and chest pains but I don't remember feeling Breathless. Maybe you can ask your doctor if it's normal to feel that way with costochondritis.

That's what it sounds like try some breathing exercises to calm yourself down
