What are your thoughts/reviews of cbd oil?

I’Ve used the PTC CBD oil. I can’t say that there is a change in my health because of it. It does have some good omega 3, 6 and 9.

I've used it recently. I started on the 5% from holland and Barret it gave me a headache so I bought the weaker one. I only use one drop per day which definitely takes the edge off my anxiety but still gives me headaches.
