Omg this was me in February constantly shaking after lots of tests which gave me more anxiety was told it was anxiety and sleep deprivation..frightening my jaw used to teremor as well....still recovering now 7 mths later

I had been under a lot of stress which left me with panic attacks and insomnia..muscles in my legs twitch as well .this is also anxiety
