Hi Minnie, I didn't even realize that until you wrote a response. :)

Those butterfly sensations are the worst. Even when you know where they

are coming from, it can drive you insane. Almost like an on going toothache.

Of course turning your attention away from the churning will just about immediately cause it to stop. However, you can deep breathe the feeling away. As you focus on your breathing it takes away the central focus of your stomach. With each exhalation blow out those feelings saying relax. You may need to concentrate and do it for a while but it should tone down that awful feeling.

Another thing I have noticed is when the stomach is hungry, you may tend to feel more butterfly sensations. After a full meal, it should subside. Hope something will help you

get through this. My best.. xx

Thanks Agora.i hope you are well?

my main problem is constant butterflies, lightheaded and racing heart.and even though the butterflies don't hurt they are just the worst feeling!feel like I'm looking at a tiger 24/7!

Thank you for your advice.i will definitely practise my breathing as I catch myself hyperventalating a lot.

I remember now you saying you suffered from the butterflies and you want on you tube for meditation.did you find this effective? Xx
