Acceptance works!! Not fighting. Dr Claire Weekes was the pioneer. If you go towards your fears and not shy away from them, those fears and all the symptoms fear produces, will disappear.
By constantly monitoring your heart rate, you are telling yourself (and me) that you still fear the symptoms. Lose the fear and you will become free of inappropriate anxiety, panic attacks ( energy surges) or any other fear based disorder. It then becomes a total non issue like the presenter mentioned. If you don’t have fear, nothing bothers you.
By the way, my advice is free 😊
I have a hard time not fighting anxiety attacks. Don't understand how to give in to the scare. When you deep breath isn't that fighting anxiety?
