I have been feeling so bad this last week. I feel blurred vision dizziness heart palpitations and I keep thinking I have something serious wrong with me from my headache.i don’t know what to do I had a anxiety attack last Friday and I’m so scared another will happen. I haven’t had any issues with anxiety for the last year now and I been off my lexapro since February.i also feel depressed with zero energy and I don’t want to do anything what’s wrong with me.....?

Unless a stressful event occurred, then I don't know if the anxiety could be anxiety. It may be just you. Make sure you eat healthy, drink a lot of water, and exercise. I was very dizzy this morning and threw up as a result, but after a bit it went away. The reason behind my dizziness wasn't anxiety, surprisingly.

I hope you start to feel better soon my anxiety gets me the same I get dizzy have pulpatations go hot and sweaty it gets worse at night with me a good trick I learnt is to breath in for 8 secs and out for 4 repeated for say 5 mins helps with the pulpatations and dizzy spells I also use a product called badedas in my bath which helps calms me down loads when I have an attack its pricey but so worth it but just take time to relax have a bath maybe try some adult colouring etc. I know how you feel if you need to talk I'm always on here :) xx

Yes anxiety does that as I was anxiety free for 12mnths then it's back with a vengeance 😟 Stay strong as you beat it before you can do it again.

My vision issues happen when I feel so "in my head." Amitryptyline has helped tension headaches and vision. Still got a long way to go but more manageable now with alot less headache.
