Sad

I am sad because of all the things anxiety has taken away from me and I'm still not better. Any one with help. I'm scared.

Dear Trees, I read every one of your posts for the last six months and bless your heart, you having been having the same fear and anxiety all this time. I know you have a psychiatrist and take medication. How often do you actually get to talk with your doctor? Or do you just get a few minutes for a medication check and no time or therapy to talk about how you are feeling? Do you think it is time for your doctor to include or refer you to a therapist would work with you about your fear and anxiety and how to cope?

I believe, from reading other posts through the year, that many of us have anxiety and sometimes have fear...they seem to go hand in hand. Two names for the same feeling. I seem to be coping better with my anxiety than you are at the moment, but I have been where you are . You can be better, but I don't have the answer for you as to when you will be better or what it will take to help you be better.

But think having a therapist to work with you may be a start. Don't give up. Just don't give up. I am thinking about you.xx

thanks My doctor changed my medicine and lowered my klonopin two days i lowered klonopin 1/4mg Tonight I m having a hard time walking its like im drunk my blood pressure and heart rate is good. He also added a antidepresant so i will be on two for three weeks. I don't know whats causing this

So glad to see you responded! That's an interesting way to feel drunk, isn't it? lol Be careful where you walk and try to take advantage of it and sit comfortably for awhile. I'm not good at chemistry, so I don't know what's causing that either, other than your body was just introduced to something new. Just relax tonight as you don't seem to be as anxious as you were in your post. Maybe your doctor has determined a better medication mix to help you. Hope you sleep well tonight and keep us posted, ok?
