I have the same problem. I have researched alot and what I kept reading is that you shouldn't use your cell phone or any other device right before bed time due to the blue lights triggering a response in your brain that keeps you up, go to bed an hour earlier if you have to and make your room as dark and cool as possible. Hope that helps if you try any of these suggestions.
I know what ur trying to say..try keep ursrlf wake through the day even if ur tired as save sleep for at nights even can have early night at some nights!! π΄π΄ xx
