Goldfish is right , reduce very slowly and you should manage ok

I would though depending how many you have been taking and for how long ask my Doctor how they think I should come of them

Well I have been on them 4 years now since my dad passed . I was on 20 mg . Then deduced to 15 then to 10mg in a matter of three weeks . But I am sill taking 5 mg a day which I now is not a high dose . But I did try to take 5 mg one day then half the next . But after 5 days I was feeling really Shaky . Nervous etc .. The old Jelly legs had returned , I should try harder due to my cirrohsis but I just can't seem to wean myself off them
