I would say as a general rule, no. However, when my anxiety is particularly bad it can make it worse because it can increase jitteriness.

Depends how you drinking it if I don't have a coffee I get migraines as caffeine has took over me 😂

Yes. As a general rule, yes. Coffee stresses adrenal glands, which produce your cortisol (to handle stress) and your adrenaline (to help save your life if need be). It acts as a super stimulant, which can overwork a stressed out body. Being anxious already stresses both you and your body out - do you really want to add coffee into the mix?

Generally I wouldn't think so. But as far as anxiety goes. I stay away from it!

So it is bad for you😣 I get so worried what I drink and eat and stuff,I've suffered with a eating disorder and stuff,I love Costa latee,I don't drink cups and cups a day atleast one a day

A few a day won't hurt x
