too anxious

iam getting too anxious for tomorrow been like this all day for blood results pregnancy test the doctor said I would get the results Friday lets hope I do get them tomorrow or god know how much more anxious I will get   hate the feeling I don't like feeling like this but its been coming on 3 weeks of waiting and getting no were to find out whats happening in my pregnancy
