Here it has been an extremely productive Friday morning as I set off early to go for a blood test at 9.45am so arrived nice and early and had a walk round the shops and the little park nearby which helped to calm me down.

Thankfully the blood test is over and done with now and the nurse was nice who did the test and did it with no problems and said the results will be back in a weeks time so ring back next Friday at the earliest which is fair enough.

I said about how many years ago I had got myself worked up over a blood test at 12.15pm and how it had all been unwarranted having got worked up the whole of the morning over a 10 minute appointment and laughed about it saying I was left wondering what the fuss had been over!

After that I had a nice walk in the little parks nearby and then called in to my new job with my dbs certificate as they had asked and they said they will see me at 8am on 2 April for my first shift there 8/3.30pm so there's that to look forward to!

Later on its swimming at 3pm as always which I am looking forward to as well!
