To know I'm not alone helped me a lot. Nobody here openly talks about mental health. Many are ashamed for others it's so obvious they suffer it's like wearing a dirty coat.
People on here mostly one lady helped me. We chat and found we had a lot in common that helps too.
I started meditation 🧘♂️ which has helped me massively. I was either living in the past or thinking to much about the future.
I've been happier now than I've ever been.
This APP is the best one ( I think ) after trying many.
Keep up the great work.
I think the way we live today isn't the right way so much must change. Looking back 40 years we've made great strides though. I see people making the same mistakes as I did , like using alcohol drugs to mask my pain. It didn't it got far worse.
That's all I have to say right now.

I don't know if meditation has ever really made much of a difference for me, but I'm intrigued by all of those who swear by it. Is there any specific kind of meditation that people prefer?
I've done mindfulness throughout my life.. I think I'm just naturally mindful, lol. But guided meditations seem to help or at least feel the best.
