I absolutely hate going to the doctor. My blood pressure is always high because I hate it so much and it scares me. I have been feeling like this for a while. Health anxiety is the absolute worst. I always feel like something is wrong with me. I'm just so scared and over it all.

Yes, it's pretty common and called "white coat syndrome", I have it to some degree and my dad had it. I got a home bp monitor and do my own readings, i've even had the doctors office wait until i've been sitting in their office for a while to relax some before they take my bp.
You might check out the youtubes and website of Paige Prakdo, she had health anxiety and healed it and now helps others and even has a affordable online course available. You may also have some degree of OCD which she talks about.
