Still trying to get to grips with this. Do you listen to YouTube videos on it and is it basically music in different tones to encourage opening of new neural pathways? I know I am oversimplifying/have got wrong end of stick but a bit mystified what it is all about as really struggled with Centrepoint site.

And I would add that these tones (and natural noises) often stream simultaneously. This organization is now led by Cynthia Kersey, a woman who runs the umbrella charitable foundation over many charities, including this non-profit company. And I feel their website has changed in the last five years from primarily educational purposes to raising money for their charities. So, I understand your feelings about the website.

Yes, there is lots of information on YouTube and some Holosync meditation music. Here are two reviews posted: (transcendzen.com/reviews/do... and (sylvianenuccio.com/holosync... I like their meditation music, but my only real complaint is that their products are not free! 🤣

Also, ask "Gerrerd" because he has been using their products for twenty years and is at one of the highest levels! 😁

Thank you for all these links Focusedmind, great to be able to get some more information. Will try the main site again but didn’t like all the hype last time. Just basically want one beginner’s cd to start with and to see how I get on with it and couldn’t see where to get one on the site and got fed up with scrolling through all what I saw as heavy handed advertising!

I understand. I think the first one is called "Awakening." You might want to listen to the YouTube music first to see if you like it. Yes, I hate all the advertising that is offered these days.
