Sounds relaxing. I fell asleep, didn’t see moon. Did have strange dreams though so maybe lunar forces were at play. 🤷 💛

The poem above reminds me a lot about DBT theory regarding the notion of "mindfulness." Being in the present moment and "letting things go."

What is DBT please?

DBT is similar in some ways to CBT theory, and it stands for Dialectical Behavior Therapy. It was founded by Zen Master Marsha Linehan out of Seattle, WA. Although so much more, it is based on the concept of "mindfulness."
