I'm so sorry you're feeling so bad. Google "Therapy In a Nutshell panic attack". She's a really good therapist on YouTube with practical advice. My doctor once told me "feelings are not facts". It's a good thing to tell yourself when you're feeling anxious. I pray you feel better soon 🙏
