It gives me so much joy to see grandsons playing drums with wooden spoon on pots and pans - a timeless experience, I would greatly recommend it for all ages…

Hmmm rattle the pots and pans. I burnt food in a pot on the stove last week. Nasty mess. I felt too frustrated and depressed to expend the effort to clean the pot. First I thought about throwing it in the trashcan but no it was a perfectly good pot. I was so exasperated that I walked to the door and threw the pot out in the yard. And there it set until today when I felt fortified enough to clean the pot. I live alone. Not good to forget about fire. Living alone does however provide me with the prerogative of decorating my yard with a burnt pot. I reckon that is seeing things from the sunny side. I have found it interesting that one can have major depression and anxiety at the same time. Lately the anxiety has felt almost unbearable. I have also learned that the brain has more elasticity than previously thought and can change the pathway of brain neurons. So that is what I have built my hope on: beating down a path for those happy neurons.
