Yes, our planet would not be in such a bad way - to put it mildly - if we all listened to Mother Nature’s voice more. How many more earthquakes/floods/wildfires/glaciers melting etc will we have to endure before it is simply too late? And a lot of scientists think it already is…!
I do mindfulness meditation, all day.
Walking in nature mindful of the beauty and calmness is a form of meditation.
Briefly once, but its not something I try to do. maybe in the future.
