Wow these words take some living up to! But then I struggle hard to be an optimist, it’s much easier being an Eeyore…not sure about 3rd last one which seems to imply that you can avoid trouble by being strong, courageous etc - I’m sure mindset etc all helps but surely troubles come to everybody regardless and are part and parcel of human life?

Yes troubles come! the only thing you control is how you react to them. x
