Hi not sure if this will help, but I used to have tinnitus before I started breathing correctly, as in breathing into my stomach, I used to breath into my chest and my anxiety was through the roof, bad palpitations the works, it's only recently after a good year of now breathing correctly thaf I've noticed the tinnitus has gone, I could also hear my pulse in my ears too, that's stopped, the breathing has helped me alot, but I still suffer mentally, anxiety, stress, I have a teenager son and its just so worrying, I do not deal with stress very well and can get myself into awful states of anxiety, I've had a bout of stress all over the Xmas period and they say it comes in three's, I'm just getting over the shock of my son and his friend being robbed in a very busy city in a a busy well known burger bar, day after boxing day, and the boys were being vigilant as I told them, I did say no to them first of all, as I'm very anxious about him and feel I stop Jim from going out sometimes as its scary, but I do have to give him some freedom, anyways police were called and the gang of thieves were masked up, so not identified, they knew what they were doing, took the boys beware coats offcrheir backs, money bags and phones... Absolute coward's to say the least... this has really punched me in the gut, aswel as other bits of stress 😩... sorry I went off topic, ... going back to the tinnitus, it could be down to ypu coming down off Meds and msy have anxiety, could be breathing pattern... how is your breathing?? Do u breath into abdomen ? Hope you do good in coming off meds BTW 🙏
