Has anyone tried Tapping for relief of Anxiety and/or Depression?

I have tried it quite a few times. Not sure if it does much as I get so concerned that I’m missing the exact points that you have to tap. But, it distracts me enough to stop worrying for a while so that’s a plus! I think it’s very interesting and am going to keep working on it.👍

I use when I get stressed & if used several times you can grade it each time to see if it’s lowered.

please do it! For me, since some 3 years I have been studying e practing every day, sometimes many times a day. for me, It works marvelous for much everything, including RLS in the night. quite often I add to it , some Energy Medicine exercises from Dona Eden

I've tried it for anxiety and it seems to help. Maybe because it pulls you back into the present.

Yes, indeed. It works for me for anxiety. Sometimes when I am overwhelmed I do first Pranic Breathing (diafragmatic breathind, tongue on the roof o mouth, etc)

Yes I use The Tapping Solution, by the Ortner Family, it's got so many helpful meditations, all guided with a full training app. You do have to pay, but I think it's well worth the money as it's so professionally produced, use it regularly & you'll notice the difference.
