I do not know about really colapsing but the time changes, which means more pressure and stress, and that can also have effects on your mental shape, more or less. But usually there is no reasoning for really colapse, then some extra help is needee. Not ok to feel like that, no human being would consider themselves like that.

How can we help? Could your therapist talk to anyone at your school or write a letter explaining what kinds of support and accommodations you need to succeed? I still have faith that you can make it through this year, graduate, and move on to your next phase of life.

I am so, so sorry! You have fought so hard and have come so far. Set-backs are so discouraging, but please don't give up. I hope that some day you'll be a force for change in your country, if only by the example you set for your sister and others.

It's too soon to know that. She's still a teenager, right? It's hard to be an adolescent and she's bound to be difficult, even if your family didn't have all the problems with which you all have to deal.
