Escitalopram progress

Sorry to trouble everyone again but just wondering if I could use your support. I have been on escitalopram 7 days on 5mgs 7weeks on 10mgs and still have uncomfortable feeling in my eyes blurred vision feel wired and tired particularly in my eyes like they're wide open but tired. It has helped my anxiety in terms of panic attacks and concentration but my heart races all the time and I'm short of breath. I kinda feel out of body and got really bad muscle and joint pain including clenched jaw and my hands and legs are swollen and sore. And I'm dizzy. Trying to ignore it and distract myself but it's not easy as it's uncomfortable to function. Can this still be normal and do I need to wait longer? Can't bear to go up yet x

Ask your doc for a new SSRI or a different type altogether....those side effects are not normal.
