Water, chicken and veggies. It gets old very fast so try mixing up the veggie types and spices.

A better question is what is the best diet to feel good? Whole Foods, mostly plants, exercise. There isn’t a magic food.

That is why I stuck to the basics. Even a hflc diet follows those guidelines. A diet that doesn’t is very specific for specific health reasons (as keto is but it still follows a whole food diet) From there you can ask “which?”

For example…This morning my 🫐 are so sweet and 😋 no honey is needed and it is naturally healthy. They have some fiber and antioxidants. The plain cottage cheese with fresh lemon provides protein and energy. A 🫐 pop tart is 🤤 too but you will get brain fog by lunch due to carbs and sugar. You may hate blueberries or are allergic (?) but it doesn’t change the advice.

Not sure about you, but I wish I had someone to motivate me to eat healthy and tell me to stop when I crave something unhealthy.

I’d love to kick sugar and a lot of carbs out of my life but my mind is weak lol!! I’m not sure how people do it!

Idk your budget or where you live. Noom or the equivalent UK version use science and coaching to help you transition. You can’t just switch, without encouragement and alternatives and expect to succeed. But you can do it sustainably over time and with significant change in about 6 months. Education teaches you learn ways to make it work. Once you learn it is much harder to go back.

Feel good food? As in what is also known here as Comfort Food? High carb for sure. Ice cream, pizza, bread, pasta, potato’s. Sweet and sour together. Salty…..and lots of it. Fried and fatty foods…But it depends on your palate. And there’s a price tag attached. Something that good always comes at a price if overindulged. Best to find out that price before consuming.

I'm afraid there is no specific answer, what I would LOVE to eat, and what I HAVE to eat [almost feel like a kid at a breakfast table?] What I'd love to eat was what they called the "Ulster Fry" baked beans, sausages, chips, eggs, fried bread [soda bread], I can almost hear my GP going "AAARGH!" [ironic he is about the same age as myself, probably had that when he was small?] (but good for lining the stomach for the rest of the day) "Fried and fatty foods" A definite no no for these days! Nowadays my Diabetes 2 breakfast; metformin pill and turmeric pill, washed down with yoghurt drink, grain, nut, no dried fruit muesli, with diced fresh fruit and milk, a bit boring but fulfils my breakfast needs. Sitting there those were the days AAH!🥴🙄🤗😆😆

Aaaah, yes. If only we could indulge ourselves without penalties. Well, we can’t. Lol
