What are your physical symptoms? If I know I could probably give you some advice

I don't know what our physical symptoms are but if your asking for help I can only imagine that they are very uncomfortable. Have you followed up with a doctor or therapist regarding your symptoms? I can share some ways I handle my anxiety physical symptoms and hopefully it can help you too. My Physical symptoms are a racing heart, High BP, Palpitations, Shaking. The feeling of fight or flight reaction from the anxiety or panic attack causes all those. When I feel like that I try to get to a safe space or quiet area and practice some breathing exercises, make sure to drink lot of water and stay hydrated, tell yourself that it will pass. The feelings that you feel are just symptoms of a aroused nervous system. If you try to fight them (the sensations) they may tend to get worse. Try to ride it out. Listen to music. Try guided meditation on youtube. Do something to distract yourself. Watch a movie, go for a walk. Hope this helps. -Luna

The best thing you can do is try to surrender to them and allow yourself to feel whatever emotions they trigger. Fighting or resisting the anxious feelings just prolongs them. Try to lean into them and even make them stronger and see what happens, chances are, they will start to dissipate.
