I think outside sources can lead to inside turmoil in some cases. PTSD is an example. An outside source caused the problem. The answer is coming to terms with it and dealing with our inner emotions surrounding the trauma.

Cause and effect yes , but you can get to a stage were you choose how to react. This stage of the guru, I'm close to this now. 💖💖
