Hope is so important to life . For most it comes naturally, it’s a given without a thought. But for some ,Like me, when I’d lost all hope , was what caused me to go into the deepest depression I could ever imagine, a depression I didn’t even know was possible for a human to be in , the only way I can describe it was pure hell. This is loss of hope !! Hope IS essential to life
