Do you study the stoic philosophers? My life coach has studied them a lot and he said something similar a few weeks ago.
This is really important for people who do a lot of negative self-talk. You eventually convince yourself of all the negative messages. Daily gratitudes, affirmations, and the wins for the day have been helping me push the negativity out and replacing it with hope.
All is thought, people think the wrong way, this causes all their problems, and their problems are mostly in the mind. As you think so are you, I dont study any philosophers, I spent 40 plus years filling my mind with the likes of Wayne Dyers teaching, I have hundreds of cassette programs filled with knowledge they kept me going. now its starting to flow out of me . Ray not talking about physical problems, but these can be eased with the right thoughts.
