MY MERRY CHRISTMAS

And it was a Merry Christmas I think because earlier on I had lowered my expectations . We , my husband and I, did the best we could under the circumstances . We shopped on line , two modest gifts each . baked ham and candied yams for dinner, called our kids , football and books for the rest of the day . It snowed so we had a White Christmas and no Covid talk .Now on to the New Year.

Sounds great. Me and my wife "Simplified" this Christmas which sounds similar to the way yours went,. Peaceful and Easygoing. The way it should be. Happy Holidays to you and your family.

It sounds like a lovely day. And I am glad you had snow. I prayed for it, did a little snow dance, and nada. We have had a fairly mild winter so far. But hope springs--and my husband likes me to do my snow dance.

Hello A very Merry Christmas and hopefully a Healthy Prosperous New Year from Bob, Hazel and Pax.

We had a really peaceful time yesterday, mind we have enough Turkey to last until Next Christmas. Preparing the garden for a delivered Plum and Gage tree and a several new rhubarb roots for a new rhubarb bed. The wind is blowing a gale here and Pax refuses to go out for His Walk, fast asleep on the settee, in the warmth

It can be done, I'm getting pretty tired of it though as I imagine others are as well .
