hi guys, i would like to share with you this thing called bullet journaling. it is a method of organization where you can track various plans and create fun spreads. i create a new spread for every year and month which contain mood and sleep trackers, along with planners and reminders. it has really been therapy for me and I would suggest to anyone to try it. i also have a dream journal but that is not for therapy use. here is an example of some of my spreads. if you would like to know more please feel free to ask questions or do some research for yourself. - hugs

bro, you are good at that I have tried bullet journaling but never had anything to do and so I stopped and now I just have not got back into it but I do like it and want to try again.
