Thats great Hb! I was in a happy singing mood then I crashed into hating on myself well now I’ve managed to pick myself up and be a little nicer. Glad you are happy 😃 😊 😆 🌞 I’m determined to have a swell time today. I’m helping kids with schoolwork and cleaning then I will shop for my sons party as he’s turning 13 On the 7th... then I’ll exercise for over an hour cause I need to loose sone weight, then hopefully I will have a nice sleep.

it must be quite a busy period for birthdays, my sisters 40th is on the 8th, her husband had ordered a great weekend away from tomorrow in a hotel with the kids and England has locked down the country from today,I’ve got three care staff whose birthdays are around today onwards (I’m useless with dates but they all weren’t happy as they can’t go out or have family over).

I’m on a temp raised dose of diazepam as it’s bonfire season and tonight is the official night for it,not looking forward to it.
