What are you grateful for?

Today I’m grateful for medicine.

A new one got added, and I had a rough time adjusting to it. I’ve come out on the other side though and I’m grateful I didn’t stop taking the new med. I was in contact with my doctor the whole time though.she knew what was going on.

I feel a lot more even than I have in a long time. It’s nice to not be fighting my own mind constantly.

I hope whoever you are and wherever you are that you are having a good day. I hope you have something you can be grateful for today. Sometimes it hard for us to find something.

I'm grateful for the beautiful Fall weather and sunshine we had today. October is beautiful where I live. I try to get out and enjoy it now. I know when November hits I will miss this.

I love fall! It’s my favorite season. I’m glad you are having nice weather. It actually feels like fall here where I live today. It’s nice.
