Good morning 👍🏻 Im 30, mild asthma and suffer health anxiety really bad and everything with Cv19 is like my norm to me but it’s massive to me now and my health anxiety is through the roof ! So I’ve had the following in the last week if anyone has heard of it or can help me with what this sounds like as I’m very worried 🙏🏻
Symptoms:
Throbbing & stabbing pain in left groin area
Constipated for few days (wiped bright red blood once after straining)
greasy light coloured bowel movements
Tiny trace of microscopic blood in urine test
No urine infection detected
Not pregnant
My health Do I need to get an ultrasound done with a gastro consultant or does this sound like a gynaecology issue ?
Thanks very much xx

Well I am not a doctor but it sounds to me like you have pulled a muscle or something so rest for a few days and it will probably get better. It's common to have little blood if you strain but if there was a problem your stools would be black.
Oh and covid19 produces a dry continuous cough with a high temperature. Our services are overwhelmed at the moment so it is the duty off all of us to avoid putting further pressures on our poor overstretched NHS unless it is an emergency.
Thanks 😊 I understand completely it would be private health care I receive but won’t have an appointment with them for a while at all. I just struggle with normal everyday illness let alone cv19 x
No I went to out of hours nhs doc yesterday as the pain was very bad and they did urine Test then he didn’t really know what it was just said call back if pain gets worse with someone like me who has health OCD along with CV19 going on it’s unbearable. I’m constantly on edge anyway so I’m petrified this pain is something serious like cancer etc
Hi there, your bowels could just be diet, it’s a sign of IBS, when you have loose stools but are constipated normal to bleed a little if you have been pushing - are you allergic to any foods that may set this IBS off, not an expert but I had it, and learned what foods set it off, groin, sounds like you have pulled some muscle, sounds more gastro than gynae, you seem to be up,on your knowledge though, let us know x
Thanks all 🙌🏼 the pain is still there but gone round to my lower back and I went to see another GP and she said it’s a kidney infection 😳 even though no urine test was done but will be today
