It good that you can be self aware cuz combatting your reactions to things is really the harder part of the battle... 😊 I find getting out in nature helps me turn not so great times around... walking seems to calm me, stops spinning brain of crappy thoughts and makes me feel good.. endorphins. Yoga helps me focus on something besides my crappy thoughts while it calms me down... bubble baths are the way I comfort myself for accomplishing stuff... I earn my baths in a way. A bath to me is like a comforting hug of reassurance...
