Yes it is, I agree with your post, I started on a long struggle in my 20's. In my early 40's a friend lent me a book, "The Road Less Traveled" by Dr. Scott Peck, such a wonderful book, in the top 10 best sellers for 7 years. I bought my own copy so I could use my yellow marker pen. I loved the way he opened the book, first line first page "Life is difficult", I said why did not someone tell me that when I was 18!!! Also on first page he refers to Buddha, who said "Life is Suffering, when we transcend it the suffering ends". It does, I carried on with therapy, such a painful growth time. Read many books, went to workshops and seminars, joined Raja Yoga, my life finally came together at about 60, I was and am free. I get up happy, go to bed happy, I worry about nothing, I meet my problems head on and deal with them. Yes I am free. So anyone out there struggling, remember it will pay off, it will probably take some time, depends how injured you are. You too can be free. I send you all love and hugs.....Sprinkle 1......
