That is very true! So true it's scared me enough to learn how to control my thoughts. It was much easier than I thought it would be. Some people learn it growing up and aren't even aware of it.

People like me are lost until we learn it.

Too bad it took me 65 years to learn it! But I'm glad for every day I have left, to practice it, and improve my life and the lives people I love!
