Im wondering if anyone experiences what feels like constant stomach rumbling? For the past couple of months as my anxiety has increased so has my stomach problems which includes my stomach making very loud noises randomly when Im not hungry. This gives me anxiety and is very frustrating. Is there anything I can do?

Stomach issues can be a side effect of anxiety but so can a lot of things. Have u changed your diet recently? Are u eating anything different that could be doing this? Vitamin change? Drinking different liquids?
That is true. Unfortuantly I cant seem to figure out any trigger and dont think I have changed anything, maybe I will try keep a food diary.

I get stomach rumbling from my anxiety & when I have not ate anything for awhile. I lost 20 pounds the last 6 months from my anxiety & my doctor put me on 2 new medications to help with being anxious all the time. I'm eating better & little meals through out the day, not to lose anymore weight & feel better. Try eating more & snacking on good foods through out the day & don't think about your stomach while eating. If this continues I would talk to your GP doctor about it & I wish you well!🙏
I probably dont eat enough especially enough good foods so I am going to try eating more regular and your right, stop thinking about it and almost expecting it to happen. Ive also recently been prescribed sertraline that I started 3 days ago so heres to hoping that reduces my anxiety and in turn stomach issues
