Yes Gerrerd, the past is done and gone, I finally learnt that lesson in my 40's, I hope young people will read it and learn, the sooner we start the better. And for any middle age or older age, take the tool and use it, do not make yourself suffer. Hi Gerrerd, Cold here and has rained for the past two days, it is sunny today and windy, I do not plan on going anywhere, except to the club house, there is a copy machine in there for us to use at no cost, I have some important papers I need to mall, so I want a copy for myself. So true. We have to let go of the past in order to move forward to the future and we need to stay present in the moment....we're not promised tomorrow....got to make most of the present moment. Which can be so hard to with our physical symptoms beating our anxious minds to oblivion.
