So I believe I’m in my 4th day of hypomania and I only been getting 4 hrs of sleep and then I can’t go back to sleep. I fall back around 4am but have to be up by 5:30am. I sleep from 11p-1:30-2:00am.
Starting to be on edge and had to increase coffee from 1 medium macchiato from Dunkin to a second small cup of coffee from work which is very strong.
Only thing is caffeine or too much of it can trigger my anxiety 😑 but I work in a hospital and I have to stay awake because I start to crash around 11am.
