Sinus allergies

Does anyone else have really bad sinus headaches and pain and allergies that you feel makes your depression worse and harder to deal with

Yes! Try Sudafed, hot water bottle on chest, herbal tea. All of those help me to feel a bit of peace.

My depression makes me sleepy, my allergies make me sleepy and the medicine I take to treat it makes me sleepy....thanks for the suggestions

Yes, going back to the allergist next week to start up allergy shots, fun stuff but better than being miserable
