Tapering day #6

Hi All. So far the tapering is going okay. The withdrawal symptoms on the other hand is another story. I know for sure that Ativan is not right for me. Once God gets me past this, I will never touch it again in my life. From tremors to hallucinations, it gives you a run for your money.

Im tapering off from Lexapro. It's not easy! I was so dizzy and still experience it. I hope u r tapering off slowly. Hang in there!

I am doing a 10 day taper. I was doing a very low dose but experiencing withdrawal symptoms after 3 weeks. Now I’m tapering off. It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done.
