Can you explain what logosynthesis is? I tried to do a search on it, but could only find some very vague information. To be honest, what I saw looked a little pseudo-science-y.

I’m still learning, but it’s using a series of 4 sentences in situations where you are reacting to something in fear, anger, etc to pull you through the moment in ease.
