not so happy holidays

hi there, Im new on here. I thought i would try something new this year, something that could help me get through the rest of these anxious holiday season. I've lived with anxiety and depression my whole life. The older i get the worst it gets around this time of year. I get more panic attacks and just feel even more alone. Any advice ?
