I’ve been having an awful anxiety attack and in real deep emotional pain- I feel I really need help and don’t knw where to turn it’s later at night and most I knw are asleep

Maybe just some distraction could help??? I don’t even knw? If you are able tell me more about your situation or what brought you on here to this site??something to get mind off my pain maybe?

Hi hurtingheart.

I'm usually up at night. I'm really bad at checking my phone, but I can try to be more diligent. It does me good just to connect. Follow-through is one of my defects due to ADHD. Also depression & self-esteem is a roadblock for me. Still trying to find that balance. Anyhoo, very glad you found the Forum. It is helping tons of people. We know how you feel, have been there or ARE there, we welcome you with open hearts & I seriously believe you'll feel the WEness of this place in no time at all. I often say (deep breaths) "I'm alive...I'll survive. Anxiety is something I made up in my Mystifying, Magnifying Mind"!
