Ever since my miscarriage anything causes me to have Health Anxiety any weird sythom makes me feel the worst.

You always think something is wrong with you. I used to be the same.

But I decided to block those feelings by learning and doing stuff so that my mind was filled with good things.

Yes i need to be like you cuz i believe what triggered it's the fact i had 4 miscarriages in the pass 17 years and i had pelvis Tumor removed then breast lump but everything has been ok but its as if i don't trust my body like it's failed me before where i don't trust i believe i been trew so much.

Well all of that would make anxious about your health. So it is understandable how you feel.

You made it through it all though, which shows that you are a very strong person. I know you can get through the health anxiety.
