Yes! It can help with anxiety. And exercise help me feel better about myself too. When I find and practice the yoga poses I like it’s great. If I push myself to do ones I dont feel like doing it’s really not fun.
Yoga has been extremely helpful for my anxiety and depression! Especially Yin Yoga. I hope that it helps you find some relief if you chose to give it try.
