Feeling lonely I could hear the silence

I know that feeling. I didn’t go out today at all. I planned to but never went out. Now I feel isolated and crummy. I have to get out every day and do things. I know it really helps

I also try to get out every day. I find I need to have a plan . I feel most depressed in the mornings. Once I’m out of bed and get my day started I feel better.
