I would actually be interested in this too x
sorry I don't but would hope there would be...
Try this site. I've used it and it's very good. 7cups.com/
It is free with no catches though they also offer a paid counselling service. The people who reply are "listeners" so not qualified counsellors but I've had some good replies and support from this site.
Sweet thanks. Which ones are free the listeners?
Yes, its the listeners which are free. It's very clear when you go on the site and it really is ok, they have no hidden motives or no advertising or anything
Check out the anxietyguru.net. He hasn't added any recent material lately since he now has a practice in California I believe. But his old podcasts and articles on a variety of topics are still available and were very helpful to me. I'll re-listen every now and then. He also has online sessions that are not free but theyre reasonably priced if you ever decide to take the plunge.
Good luck!
Check with your insurance company, they should offer mental health assistance?
And check with your county office they might offer it on a pay scale basis? Or something called ability to pay. I live in California my daughter went to counciling on a pay scale basis like I mentioned. Good luck
